1. Keep up with trims It is best to trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to keep the split and dry ends off. If you neglect your hair and let it go too long without a haircut the hair will continue to break up the hair shaft making your hair very weak which will eventually stunt the growth.
2.Drink lots of water, it is great for your body and will help make your hair healthier and in the long run grow stronger.
3. Eat lots of protien, it provides your hair with necessary nutrients that are needed to grow healthy hair. Eat meats such as lean red meat, chicken, fish, eggs are great as well.
4. Biotin also known as vitamin H or B7 is a great supplement for hair, skin and nails. Although Biotin is created from yeast and bacteria, and is naturally produced by our bodies, increasing the dose we naturally create stimulates the creation and growth of hair and new skin cells, making them healthier!
5. Let your hair air-dry as much as possible. Try washing your hair at night and sleeping with it wet, in the morning you can add a few curls or run the flat iron through it, the less heat you put on your hair the healthier it will stay.
